Preparing your experience
Global fusion fine dining where unexpected pairings become unforgettable memories. New York City's most intentional kitchen.

Who We Are
Savoure opened in 2019 in the heart of Tribeca with one conviction: the most interesting cuisine exists in the spaces between cultures. Not fusion for novelty — fusion for truth.
“We don’t draw from the world. We draw from its people — the cooks, the grandmothers, the street vendors, the Michelin chefs.”
Our kitchen team has cooked across four continents. Every person at Savoure brings a world with them to this table.
Fresh daily from local and global farms.
14 countries in every season’s menu.
Every element on the plate has a reason.
Serving New York since 2019 with unwavering passion.
Always fresh, never repeated twice.
Every flavour tradition at our table.
3,200+ verified dining experiences.

Signature Dish
The Cartographer has been on every iteration of our menu since opening night. Seared duck breast and hand-dived Brittany scallops meet a beet reduction painted directly onto white ceramic. Hover the numbered points to explore each ingredient’s origin.

Guest Reviews
Unedited. Unfiltered. From the people who sat at our table.
“I have dined in Paris, Tokyo, and Lima. Savoure made me feel like I had never truly eaten before.”

“Proposed to my partner here. When Lumière arrived, she cried. The chef came out personally. I will never forget it.”

“The Miso Noir stopped me mid-sentence. I put down my fork and just looked at the plate. Pure art.”

“Valentine's dinner. Table by the window. The Côte Sauvage arrived and neither of us spoke for a full minute.”

“The Citrus Tataki is the reason I came back four times in one month. I am not exaggerating.”

“I brought our entire team here after closing a deal. This is not a restaurant — it is a memory machine.”

Our Story
Savoure was born from one obsession — that the most extraordinary cuisine lives in the space between cultures. Every chapter below is how we got here.

“Cook like you mean it.”
— Chef de Cuisine, Savoure
March 14, 2019. Forty covers. A kitchen of eight. The Cartographer was served for the first time to a table of four from Brooklyn who stayed until midnight asking questions about every ingredient. We knew then — this was not just a restaurant.
"We were fully booked within three days of opening."

In February 2020, the review ran on a Wednesday. By Thursday we were booked solid for six months. The world had discovered Savoure.
"Courage on a plate. Precision in every drop."

2022 brought us 14 new kitchen staff from four continents — a sous chef from Osaka, a pastry chef from Lyon, a grill master from Buenos Aires. More voices. One vision.
"More voices. One vision."

Five years in. 3,200+ guests served. Michelin recommended. And we still argue about every sauce, every plating angle, every ingredient origin. That argument is what ends up on your plate.
"The best meal of my life. Every single time."
Every evening is a new chapter. Come write one with us. Your table is waiting at 142 West Ember Lane.
